How do you keep it cold?
It depends on each model (link to “Our dispensers”)
Some dispensers use a Cooling Block or a Cartridge with freezable gel and others an Ice Tube, Pitcher or Bucket with ice and water (never in direct contact with the beer).
Are they only for draught?
No, they also work for bottles as it is the case of the Triton Ice model, specially designed with this versatility in mind.
Are they just for beer?
Our dispensers are optimized to serve beer, but they can be used for many other beverages, cold or hot: Cider, wine, cocktails, juices, etc. Triton dispensers are not appropriate for drinks which contain solids (for example fruit pulp) which can clog-up the valves.
Are they hygienic?
We sell the most hygienic dispenser on the market.
The Triton patented system is based on hygiene and ease of use. All parts of the dispenser are removable and the cleaning process is extremely simple, fast and efficient.
Each unit includes a Professional Cleaning protocol and a cleaning brush.
Can I buy spares?
Can I decorate my Tritondispenser with my brand or my logo?
All our dispensers include personalized decoration. Check which areas in each of the models can be customized.
What is the minimum number of dispensers I can order?
The minimum order for each dispenser model corresponds to a complete box of that model.

Is there a warranty?
Our dispensers are designed and rigorously tested to meet the highest quality and durability standards.
In accordance with current consumer legislation, the customer benefits from a legal Guarantee, and TRITONDISPENSER is liable for the non-Conformity of its products from the date of delivery of the article.
Our dispensers are guaranteed against all manufacturing defects in accordance with the terms and deadlines set out in the applicable EU regulations in force and/or the legal provisions on the subject stated at each Member State.
In any case, the original purchase receipt will be required as proof of purchase.
How will TRITONDISPENSER proceed in the event of a Warranty claim?
TRITONDISPENSER will examine the product in order to determine whether there is a lack of Conformity of origin, in which case the customer may choose between repair or replacement, unless one of these two options is impossible or disproportionate.
- In the event of repair, TRITONDISPENSER shall pay for the cost of repairing the replaced components, the work and the travel expenses of the personnel. The replaced components shall become the property of TRITONDISPENSER.
- In case of replacement, if the product is no longer on sale at TRITONDISPENSER, TRITONDISPENSER will provide a suitable replacement product.
If replacement or repair were not possible, the customer may choose between a price reduction or termination of the contract. The cancellation of the contract does not apply if the lack of conformity is minor.
For consumers from third countries outside the European Union, TRITONDISPENSER will comply with the legal Guarantees under the terms, conditions and deadlines provided for in the applicable regulations according to the country of destination.
TRITONDISPENSER, for certain products and/or customers who are not consumers, may voluntarily offer an additional Guarantee to the one legally foreseen (Commercial Guarantee).
